She attended Central Michigan University to complete a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Communication Disorders and Psychology, along with a minor in American Sign Language. She then earned her doctorate in audiology at AT Still University in Mesa, Arizona. During her externship, she focused on conducting dizziness and balance testing for patients who required those services. Dr. Noskey then learned to prescribe and fit amplification devices and to conduct hearing evaluations. Along with vestibular evaluations and amplification, she has also shown interest in working with cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing devices. Dr. Noskey was raised in Iron Mountain, which is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She has a daughter and twin boys who keep her and their father very busy at home.
